Sabat

This morning we went out to the graves and finished taking them up, I do have some amazing photos from today that you'll have to wait and see when I get home. We removed all the graves and tomorrow we will move on to I don't know what actually.

After lunch we (Mari, Eva, Nick, Allen and I) drove the the Sea of Galilee and swam for a little while. As we swam we were looking at mountains going high in every direction that we looked. We floated on our backs and just enjoyed the view for awhile. On our way home we also stopped by so that I could step in the Jordan River.

I feel God here in a real way. I am falling in love with the land of Israel. Today was the first day that I felt homesick. I wanted to be in a familiar place with familiar people. With people that I've known longer than a week. I miss you my family and friends.

Good stuff. Just where did you remove the graves?

Being away makes you appreciate all of your amazing friends and family more! And we're living vicariously through you!

Shannon, I know how you feel about wanting family and friends to see all these amazing places and experiencing so much. When Grandpa and I travel we always say "wish the family could experience this. We are looking forward to looking at your photes.
Take care. We love you and happy you get to have this experience. Grandma

My Shanny! I just learned of your blog! I asked Brett if you were keeping a log and he looked at me funny...then realized he sent the information to my school computer.
So, I have just finished reading of your facinating adventures. I am thrilled you are experiencing such things. I pray for for your safety and that you will feel good about the whole trip. Dad is talking to Lou Ann on the phone. He just said,"You know how nuts Brett is for Shannon." :) Brett is bowling in a pro-am in Pittsburg and is doing well. Right now, he is in the top 12. We wish we were there to watch.
Hugs and kisses to you, our sweet Shanny pooh! Love, Mom
